Sulet Cesena, an adult student currently enrolled in Waterford's High School Diploma and ESL programs, recently became a US citizen after completing our evening Citizenship course. Sulet has proven that hard work and determination can lead to accomplishing one's goals. Next goal for her is to graduate and receive her diploma.
