Hello Families,

I look forward to beginning another school year and getting to know your family and your preschooler. At Waterford Child Development, we believe that play is an important part of a young child's learning. Preschoolers learn from a wide variety of teacher-directed and child-initiated learning activities. The classroom schedule is well-organized to support children’s learning that encourages preschoolers to interact, play, and share with each other. Our mission is to create lifelong learners. We encourage parents to be involved in the Waterford Child Development program. Building strong and positive relationships with parents is an important part of the program. Staff will collaborate with parents as they work towards goals they have set for themselves and for their child. If you have questions, suggestions or concerns, please know that I have an open door policy and I welcome your visit.

Sincerely,

Diane Callahan
