Oak Valley Hospital District (OVHD) has once again committed to providing WUSD students with the required athletic physical for athletic participation in 2023-24. All student athletes are required to pass a sports physical BEFORE being able to try out for any District sport team. Families may secure an appointment by completing the District Athletic Participation Form and submitting it and $5.00 CASH to school office.
-Current 6 th/7 th/8 th graders make appointments at the Junior High Office.
-Current 9-11 th graders make appointments at Waterford High School Office.
Appointments are limited and will be made on a first come, first serve basis. Parents are not required to attend the appointment. The Participation Form grants authorization for the physical.
Other requirements for athletic participation include:
-2.0 GPA Academic eligibility
-Financial obligations cleared
-Good disciplinary standing
-Medical insurance (can be purchased from school district)

CONGRATULATIONS to our Wildcat wrestlers, who took home the WIN against Big Valley last night with a final score of 45-30.
Our wrestling team was selected to represent the Southern Athletic League in the upcoming CIF-SJS League Duals tournament this Saturday January 28th at Lincoln High School in Stockton (6844 Alexandria Place).
This is a talented group of wrestlers who are learning from the best, and we are very proud of our athletes and coaches. GO WILDCATS!
