What an exciting night of volleyball for our Wildcats! With the fans decked out in red, white, and blue, with pom poms and noise makers in hand, they cheered their Varsity Wildcats to victory in a neck and neck finish in three sets. JV had an equally exciting match but came up short in the end. Way to play, WHS!

JV football comes up short at the end of the 4th with a final score of 6-7 against the Summerville Bears.
JV football puts points on the board with just a minute left in the first quarter. Score is 6-0 against the Summerville Bears.

What a beautiful scene last night at our military-themed football night. Small flags flanked our larger national flag with white stars painted on the sidelines. Lily Watkins sang the National Anthem and WHS choir sang "God bless America." The band and sideline cheer provided halftime entertainment. Both teams defeated Big Valley Christian with scores of 12-6 for JV and 35-22 for Varsity. We wish our Wildcats luck as they play Summerville next week with a kickoff time of 7:15 PM.

It was an exciting night as the Wildcats duked it out at home against the Riverbank Bruins. In the end, our JV took the W for WHS with frosh and varsity coming up a little short despite great rallies and some skilled serves. We wish our students the best as they travel to Fort Bragg this weekend for some team bonding and games against Piner High and Fort Bragg. Come root for your Wildcat football players at home Friday night for Military Night and join us for a family-friendly tailgate in the WHS parking lot for before the game.
