State testing begins today for all 11th graders! Eat a healthy breakfast and bring a charged Chromebook. Snacks are allowed, however, electronics such as smartwatches, earbuds, and cellphones will not be accessible during testing time. Testing dates are April 8-10th and April 14-15th. Students will earn tickets to be entered into a drawing for showing their work, taking their time, and having their Chromebook charged at 90% or more. You've got this, Wildcats!

Thanks to the WE Will! K16 Collaborative, students across the Northern San Joaquin Valley were encouraged to complete their FAFSA or CADA applications by March 3, 2025 — a crucial step toward unlocking college financial aid and making higher education more accessible! 💸🎓
As part of the incentive program, 17 WHS students earned $25 Amazon eGift cards for submitting their applications. And a huge congratulations to Joselyn Aceves, who was selected as one of just 10 students in Stanislaus County to receive a grand prize iPad! 🙌📱

Mrs. Aleksani's AP Calculus students at Waterford High took math to the next level! Using integral calculus from cross-sections, they built 3D models— like stacking different-shaped pancakes into a sculpture!

Waterford High School is set to host a Substance Use Prevention Forum on March 18 at 6:30 PM in the Auditorium.

Waterford Seniors! Your next payment is due this Friday. Be sure to come to room 512 to check your remaining balance and payoff by 20th of March.

Seniors and Senior parents/guardians, join us on March 19th at 6:30 in the WHS gym to learn more details about graduation specifics and the last stretch of your child's Senior Project. You and your Senior's attendance will allow you to obtain one extra ticket for graduation. You must sign in and stay for the presentation to be eligible for your extra ticket. See you then!

Over the weekend, Serenity Dalton became the first Waterford High School female wrestler to win the Girls' Southern Regional at Central Valley High School. Serenity, seeded 5th in her bracket of 18 wrestlers, defeated four wrestlers throughout the day, ending in a 13-7 victory in the championships. Help us congratulate Serenity on this HUGE accomplishment.
